Pitch-Raise + Standard Tuning—the piano has not been tuned in over two years and is more than ten cents flat in pitch.) This requires extra time to bring the piano to A440 concert pitch. A pitch raise is performed in two visits.

Second visit (two-weeks later) $175

Travel—if traveling outside Rogers Park, Edgewater, or Evanston, a $40 travel fee is added to cover travel time and expenses.
